That’s me… the bald guy with the big ‘ol grin on his face, probably trying to be the life of the party again!
So my internet marketing story is pretty standard… sorry.
I saw the amazing potential and the life style that it could bring and I said “I want that!’
So I went for it… and messed it all up for over 2 years!
I tried every niche… and I mean EVERY niche! For 2 years I worked way too many hours each day learning things like HTML, uploads, downloads, article writing, PPC, blogs, forums, and every other IM term you can think of …you name it I probably did it at some point.
I finally had to take a step back and see what the heck was going on. Why was I not successful?
I realized I was just repeating the same mistakes over and over and over again!
I was learning so much about this industry (mainly what NOT to do) but I wasn’t applying what I was learning!
Once I figured that out, things really began to move…
I noticed drastic changes in not only my business but my mindset as well (hence the smile in the above pic).
Now I’m not saying that everyone should go make a bunch of mistakes and you’ll be successful in IM, but as the subtitle of this blog says… “success is closer than you think”.
So that’s basically the short version of my online success. On this blog I’ll be writing a lot about what I’ve learned over the years and things I’m still learning now.
My goal is to help people the best way I know how – to stay away from some of the dumb stuff I did (to put it as short and sweet as possible), and finally make a profit to become successful online.
